1. Vatican Websites went offline due to a Cyberattack


The Vatican website went down in DDoS attacks and Hackers are said to be a group of Russian Hackers. A spokesman for the Vatican announced that a technical investigation is currently in process due to abnormal trials to access to the website.

2. Cyberattacks on Italian institutional sites 

According to CSIRT(the incident response team of the National Cybersecurity Agency), the types of DDoS attacks by Hacktiviist groups have been increasing recently, and these attacks will continue in the coming months. Additionally, it was recommended to prepare for protection of busines’s website against cyberattacks such as DDoS to strengthen security.
