This Privacy Policy (hereunder “Privacy Policy”) is applicable to all of the Services provided by PENTA on the CLOUDBRIC Website (hereunder “Website”)

Purpose of collection and use of personal information

PENTA will collect your personal information as necessary to provide the Services in a seamless manner and to improve your user experience. Furthermore, your personal information may also be used to give any individual notifications, deal with any inquiries or disputes arising in connection with your use of the Services and payment. From time to time, we may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about services and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.The provided e-mail, for example, will be entered into an automated file under the responsibility of Cloudbric in order to make a subscription and to be able to send you our Newsletter. Because this information is important to your interaction with PENTA. When you subscribe for the Services or in the course of your use of the Services, PENTA will collect your First/Last name, email address, password and subscription information through the CLOUDBRIC Website or individual services by you filling-in the subscription form online. Also, PENTA may collect your credit card information required for payment processing when you subscribe paid services.

Effective Date
